Cross The Ages Unleashes RPG Arise Open Alpha on Epic Games Store

Best known for its eponymous trading card game, French studio Cross The Ages has launched its second game – an RPG called Arise – into open alpha via Epic Games Store.

A F2P multiplayer action game, Arise is set within the wider Cross The Ages universe and combines aspects ranging from dungeon exploration to PVP combat, resource gathering and item trading.

Players select from roles including fighter, builder or strategist, and can either explore dungeons in Exploration mode with up to four other players, or compete via a ranking leaderboard in Competition mode.

Each player also has their own land on which their base is used to harvest resources, manage energy, craft items, and build and upgrade various buildings.

Players can add Arise to their wishlist on Steam, or try the game exclusively through Epic Games store here.
